Martindale Pharma® announces launch of new packaging for sterile ampoule portfolio
[Brentwood, 14 June 2011] Martindale Pharma today announces the introduction of new packaging for its range of sterile ampoule products. The new packaging is applied to cartons and ampoule labels with the express aim of making it easier for healthcare professionals to identify the medicine and dosage they need.
The first products to have this new packaging will be distributed to wholesalers in the next two weeks and will include:

Atropine Sulphate Injection 600mcg/ml 1ml – Pip code: 107-3295.

Magnesium Sulphate Injection 50%w/v 5ml – Pip code: 105-8759.
Magnesium Sulphate Injection 50%w/v 10ml – Pip code: 106-2157.
Furosemide Injection 10mg/ml 2ml – Pip code: 103-9338.
Cardioplegia Infusion Concentrate 20ml – Pip code 051-9116.
The new design will be rolled out across the entire range of licensed sterile ampoule products during 2011.
The new packaging designs focus on clearer colour coding and clearer dosage information – including a new typeface and consistent way to express the strength of product in each ampoule.
